Please note that there is no "best" build for any class. Every build is generally a trade-off in efficiency -- an increase in efficiency in PvP usually means a decrease in PvE or endgame instances, and vice versa.
What is most important is that your build is thoughtful and designed for what you do in game. If your personal Warcraft goals are aligned with the goals of Auroa Citadel, you will spec in a class build that is effective for PvE instancing.

Pallys should consider points in Redoubt instead of Devotion Aura. As a healing spec, points in strength are wasted, go for more intellect and make sure you get the sweet high level talents.

I would also suggest checking level 70 hunters out in the armory that are speced in your goal. What are they wearing? What weapons do they use? What are their professions? What does their talent tree look like?
