Aldor Vs. Scryer

One of the choices you'll have to make upon reaching level 60 in Outland is with which faction to align yourself--Aldor or Scryer. Which you choose will have impacts on your character including which faction rewards you can buy, and also in which quests you can do. And while you can switch from one to another, it is a long process so it's best to choose wisely in the first place.

Heroic Dungeons

All of the normal dungeons in Outland have Heroic versions which are considerably more difficult, have much better loot, and a Heroic Key is required to enter. You won't be ready to actually go into and successfully complete a Heroic Dungeon until you're very well geared and level 70. However, it's never too soon to start working on your reputation since getting your Heroic keys requires Revered reputation (changing to Honored with patch 2.3) with whatever faction controls the dungeon.
